We are building out this web app in 2024 with Jon Kern serving as the primary Product Owner, funneling ideas into the development stack and team at Adaptavist’s Brew Digital.

One of our goals is to uncover the traits that lead teams/orgs to have an environment that allows agile to flourish so that people can do joyous and meaningful work and delight the users, customers, and stakeholders.

The approach is for us to find and highlight such exemplars, as we are calling them. These will serve at least two purposes:

Act as beacons of hope
Be used for deeper inquiry (research)
