Moves

Coming soon to our agile community

As we learn from Exemplars what techniques might be used in a given context — almost like a patterns library — we will add them to our list of Moves.

We use the term “moves” thinking it is similar to the game of chess. Small moves that apply in a given context. Not an entire framework. Not some new manifesto. Not some new lengthy process. Nope. Moves are some simple things people find useful in helping create, encourage, and maintain, a nurturing, growth-orientes environment where agility can flourish.

Do you have ideas about how to reimagine agile and help teams and organizations achieve agility?

This will be the place where you can post more about your thoughts, philosophies, and methods. Others may want to also try out the methods and report back findings.

A Move might contain the following elements:

  • Title

  • Context

  • Description
