Come on in, explore, exchange ideas, and help us shape the future of agility! We anticipate many approaches (or Initiatives) and extensions to agile that go beyond software.

One of our goals is to uncover the traits that lead teams/orgs to have an environment that allows agile to flourish so that people can do joyous and meaningful work and delight the users, customers, and stakeholders.

(The definition of "agility flourishing" is to live by the values and principles of the Agile Manifesto.)

The approach is for us to find and highlight such exemplars, as we are calling them. These will serve at least a few purposes:

Act as beacons of hope
Be used for deeper inquiry (research)
And to have great conversations with interesting people
